The tactile experience of assembling each piece to recreate real-life battles always has a very unique appeal to kids who love Ninjago.
Not only does it impress with the battle machine that can smoothly transform between a humanoid robot and a jet, the biggest draw of the model set lies in the lineup of characters in LEGO Ninjago 71845 with the fiery confrontation between two factions: the brave Ninja group including Lloyd and Sora facing the trio of villains Kur, General Tyr, and the Dragonian Warrior. All contend around a seal-flag containing a secret message that is surprisingly revealed.
Which Movie Is LEGO Ninjago 71845 Based On, and the Backdrop of the Showdown
Before choosing a large-scale build, many parents often wonder which film the Lloyd Buildable Toy and Jet Armor LEGO NINJAGO 71845 is based on to understand their child's enthusiasm better.
The product is inspired by the animated series NINJAGO: Dragons Rising (Dragons Rising) Season 3.
The model recreates the dramatic clash between Lloyd, Sora and the villain alliance including Kur and the Dragonian Warriors, and includes the detail of the flag bearing a secret message that only the Green Ninja's sword can decode.
Explore the two opposing sides through each character in LEGO Ninjago 71845
The set includes five minifigures. The lineup in LEGO Ninjago 71845 is divided into two clearly opposing fronts: the two familiar Ninjas face off against a trio of villains with striking designs.
Ninja Team Protecting Justice: Lloyd and Sora
To respond to combat situations, the two Ninja team members are equipped with matching outfits and suitable vehicles:
-
Lloyd: The leader of the Green Ninja team appears with dragon-shoulder armor. Lloyd's standout feature is the translucent sword included, designed to help players read the hidden message on the villain's flag.
-
Sora with the Flying Motorcycle: The tech-savvy member of the team still wears the familiar headset. Accompanying Sora is a compact jet-powered motorcycle, helping Sora maneuver during airborne chases.
The Villain Trio: Kur, Tyr, and Dragonian Warrior
In contrast to the Ninja group are characters with eerie color schemes:
-
Who is Kur Ninjago? Kur is a member of the Forbidden Five, the villain group tied to mysteries and ancient powers in NINJAGO: Dragons Rising. According to LEGO's official description, Kur bears the title Master of Decay. This minifigure draws attention with its distinctive design and accompanying weapons.
-
General Tyr, Dragonian: The leader of the opposing faction with a dragon skull helmet and a long spear.
-
Dragonian Warrior: The supporting force featuring translucent detailing. The character also comes with a small spectral dragon model with poseable parts, helping kids create more imaginative role-playing scenarios.
How to Read the Secret Message in LEGO 71845 Using Lloyd's Sword
What excites kids most is the enemy faction's battle flag. At first glance, the flag's surface is just a tangle of intricate interwoven patterns, concealing the content inside.
But a surprising moment arrives when the child holds Lloyd's translucent blade over the flag's surface: the secret message in LEGO 71845 will instantly reveal each hidden symbol underneath.
This clever interactive detail provides an engaging sense of discovery, where the child can independently search for clues about the opponent before starting the battle.
Explore the 2-in-1 Transformation Capability of LEGO Ninjago 71845
With 1,112 pieces, the set offers a building experience suitable for children aged 9 and up. The standout feature is the ability to switch between two forms: Mech and Jet:
-
Mech Mode: In this form, the model stands at an impressive height of over 24 cm. Flexible joints in the arms and legs, along with an open cockpit in the chest that lets you place a figure inside to create many sturdy combat poses.
-
Jet Mode: With a few steps to fold the leg joints and rotate the large wings backward, the machine quickly collapses into a sleek jet. This transformation allows kids to flexibly switch play scenarios: from ground combat to soaring through the air to pursue enemies.
Notably, the dragon parts included in this set can be combined with the Thunderfang dragon model in LEGO Ninjago 71832 (sold separately) as designed by the manufacturer, expanding creative possibilities when building.
