Warranty Policy
Products within the warranty period stated on the warranty card or the purchase invoice from the Mykingdom website, and identified as having manufacturing defects, are eligible for warranty service. The determination of defects is made unilaterally by Mykingdom stores.
Customers may bring the product to any Mykingdom store listed on the warranty card, or send the product to the store address indicated on the invoice via postal service. All shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Mykingdom will conduct an overall inspection of the product. If the defect is found to be caused by the Customer (e.g., breakage, water damage, etc.) and not a technical defect from the manufacturer, Mykingdom will advise the Customer and refuse the warranty request. If the Customer still wishes to have the product repaired, Mykingdom will advise the Customer according to the paid repair service process.

Conditions for Product Exchange / Return
Product is defective due to manufacturer error or missing components, but the exterior must not show scratches / cracks / breakage / deformation.
Product received by the customer is not the correct item ordered, and the product packaging remains intact, not torn or dented.
Product has old, dented, or scratched packaging not caused by the customer (except for clearance-sale items clearly stated as such).
Customers must attach an unboxing video for verification purposes.
The exchange or return period is within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product (based on the delivery receipt timestamp). Returned or exchanged products must include the sales invoice issued by Mykingdom and attached to the shipment.

Exchange Policy
Customers must bring products directly to any Mykingdom store to exchange.
Exchanges via postal mail are not accepted. If the customer cannot visit a store, they must return the product by mail and Viet Tinh Anh (VTA) will process a refund according to Section 4.

Refund Policy
Orders paid via COD / Card

Refund method: bank transfer

Refund processing time: within 7 working days from the date Mykingdom receives the returned product.
Orders paid using E-Gift Card

Refund method: a new E-Gift card with the same refund amount will be issued.

New E-Gift card issuance time: within 3 working days from the date the store confirms receipt of the returned product.
If the customer returns the product directly at the store, the staff will issue a Top-up card equal to the refund amount immediately at the time of return.
Return procedure:
Step 1: Customer takes photos/videos of the defective or damaged product and sends the information and return request through one of the channels listed in Section 5.
Step 2: Customer returns the product using one of the following methods:

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I exchange or return a product if I don’t like it?
Currently, Mykingdom only accepts exchanges/returns within 03 days from the date of receipt if the product has manufacturing or technical defects.
I received a Mykingdom product as a gift, but it is the same as one my child already owns. Can I exchange it for another product?
