You may pay the full order amount directly to the delivery staff upon receiving your shipment.

  1. ONLINE PAYMENT BY CREDIT / DEBIT / PREPAID CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB)

Customers may use credit, debit, or prepaid cards issued by domestic or international banks under the VISA, MasterCard, or JCB networks.

All payment systems are secured according to the international PCI-DSS standard, ensuring complete safety when making online payments using credit or debit cards on the website.

A transaction is considered successful when the payment gateway returns a notification stating “Successful Transaction” (subject to available balance/credit limit and customer authentication as required by the card issuer).

  1. ONLINE PAYMENT BY DOMESTIC ATM CARD

Customers can pay using domestic ATM cards issued by 39 Vietnamese banks connected to the payment gateway.

The payment process is simple, user-friendly, and secure in just 3 steps:

  1. Enter card information.

  2. Authenticate the cardholder.

  3. Complete payment and receive the result immediately.

In addition, domestic ATM cards must be activated for online payment or e-banking services to complete the transaction.

  1. REFUND POLICY

You will receive an email notification once Mykingdom completes the refund procedures for your order.

(*) Refund processing time is calculated from the moment Mykingdom.com.vn confirms the refund until the time the customer receives the refunded amount.

  1. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Why can’t I select the Grab delivery option?
This depends on stock availability at the nearest fulfillment store. Additionally, if your item exceeds Grab’s size limits, the Grab delivery option will not be available.

2. I have a gift E-code/Voucher. Can I use it online, or do I need to visit a store?
Currently, all Mykingdom vouchers (Paper / Top-up Card / E-code) are not applicable on the Website. Please visit any Mykingdom store to redeem your voucher.

3. I ordered a blue mask, but the delivered item is yellow. Can I go to a nearby Mykingdom store for an exchange?
Unfortunately, Mykingdom cannot support exchanges in this case because this product is shipped in random colors and customers cannot select a specific color. Thank you for your understanding.
